Remodels / Additions / Repairs

        In the current economy Remodels and Additions are increasing.  We have an enormous amount of personal experience with remodels and additions.  Furthermore we have real world experience of construction, structure and the unknowns of an existing home to be able to effectively look at a project and determine quickly the needs of the job and the capabilities of the structure.   We also understand the process of getting permits and when an outside engineer needs to be employed.  We have aligned ourselves with several engineers and architects that feel very comfortable working with us on any project we accept.  We can look at a project in person or direct you to take photographs and assist you in detailing the structural requirements of the job as well as determining the capability of the existing structure.  Together we will be able to determine the best approach to add or modify existing structure to achieve your desired results.
